  • Specified property visited with 3 business days
  • Verification that all funds for the Home Improvement Loan were used directly for that purpose
  • Report of why borrower defaulted on loan (if applicable)
  • Inspections & verifications include:
    • Verification of address of property
    • Inspection condition and type of neighborhood in which property is located
    • Inspection exterior/interior conditions of the property will be documented
    • Photographs of exterior/interior property
