best in class
Field agents provide visual inspection of property or other collateral such as heavy equipment, computers, RV’s, boats, and other business-related items. These inspections are usually required by a financial institution (bank, credit union, mortgage lender or insurance company) to finalize or update a particular business transaction.
Example: A bank wants verification of model and serial numbers on collateral equipment that has been financed by a business. Inspections must be completed in person and onsite to give accurate and detailed descriptions of the equipment.
Rising foreclosures, bankruptcies and white collar crime have created an ever-increasing demand for field agents, who serve as eyes and ears in the field, providing vital information for those who employ them.
Since field agents are independent contractors, they can work for several companies, performing a wide variety of inspections. Field agents are the outsourcing solution that allows financial institutions to focus on their core business.
That’s right Nationwide is the leader in providing its clients with the “best in class” field agent. All Nationwide Field Agents have to take the Nationwide Field Agent Certification featuring FDCPA homeowner outreach compliance learning modules and FDCPA specific final exam.
