Loan Modification Services

We will create a portal to receive your documents via PDF format. Your portal will be through a secured website and will be dispatched to our agents.

Our agents will ensure all paperwork and signatures are completed and notarized and your completed loan modifications will then be uploaded through our system and transmitted back to you. You will also receive a written report & physical description of your property/collateral.

  • Our agent will visit with your borrower, go over the documents and return within 24 to 48 hours to retrieve the completed documents.
  • Documents will be notarized and sent back to you via client portal.
  • Our agents may make two (2) visits or more to the location to assure the documents are given to the designated borrower and completed appropriately.
  • Our agents will confirm the identity of the borrower by obtaining a copy of their driver’s license to ensure accuracy.
