• Contact at least 2 neighbors for information on your client and / or designated property (if possible)

• Full description of neighborhood
• Notation of any vehicles in driveway, along with license plate numbers, state, make and model of car
• Notation if property is for sale, along with realtor name and phone number
• Notation if property is occupied
